Obviously, it’s best to have everything in moderation but since these foods are all plant based and naturally low in bad fats, they are perfectly fine to consume and still lose weight.

So now you’re wondering what this is gonna cost you. It looks too good to be true, right? Wrong! It is a completely misconceived notion that a vegan diet costs you too much money and time. I actually have saved money on this lifestyle. A majority of these recipes have minimal ingredients, most of which are common pantry staples and take less than an hour to prepare and cook (which is less time than it takes to cook just cook most meat dishes)!
